DESCRIPTION
The term contracts mainly covers the renovation, interior decoration, improvement, maintenance or repair works, alteration and addition works of all building works on-campus, off-campus and any other properties at various locations of Hong Kong Baptist University. We also refurbished 14 lavatories (male, female and disable) across four campus complexes and maintained existing toilets functioning during construction.
