Our History
The Group was established at the end of 1989 to engage principally in the construction business as a main contractor, involving construction works
mainly in residential and commercial projects in Hong Kong.
Our foundation was built on landmark early successes, including the delivery of DB Plaza, an commercial and residential complex in Discovery Bay; and Regency Park, six blocks of residential development in Kwai Chung.
Leveraging decades of local expertise, we continue to shape Hong Kong's skyline through high-quality deliverables and architectural excellence.

Incorporated Healthmate Products Limited to capture emerging wellness opportunities, further diversifying the Group’s health product

Successfully spun off Million Hope Industries Limited,
which was separately listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of
Hong Kong Limited as Million Hope Industries Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1897).

Achieved a major operational milestone by establishing a three-floor Head Office at the newly acquired Kings Wing Plaza 1
in Shek Mun, Hong Kong.
2008
Commissioned a new processing plant in Huizhou, Mainland China (Million Hope New-Tech Building Supplies (Huizhou) Limited) to
manufacture aluminium windows and curtain walls.

Acquired Million Hope Industries Limited to extend the Group's building materials foothold into aluminium windows and curtain walls.
Incorporated Collezione Wine Cellars Limited to provide specialised wine storage, wholesaling, and retailing services.

Incorporated Hanison Foundation Limited to diversitfy the Group's specialised construction services, to independently undertake advanced foundation works.
2003
Drove strategic expansion into the wellness sector by acquiring Retailcorp Limited, leveraging the HealthPlus retail chain to secure
a market-leading platform for health equipment, supplements, and beauty products.
2002
Publicly listed Hanison Construction Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 896) on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Achieved a strategic expansion by acquiring 74,428 squarefeet at Shatin Industrial Centre to establish the Group’s new Head Office and
grow its rental property portfolio.
Incorporated Hanison Project Management Limited to enhance the Group’s one-stop development capabilities, managing town planning,
land administration, feasibility studies, design support, and commercial leasing strategies.
Incorporated Care & Health Limited to launch the health products business, securing the sole distribution rights for Lingzhi
Master spore products from Sun Yat-sen University in Mainland China.
Expanded operations into Mainland China by undertaking the project management and property management of Qiu Shi Center in Shenzhen.

Incorporated Trigon Building Materials Limited to commence the business of supplying and installing specialised interior and exterior

Commenced the Group's property development business, leveraging the management's extensive industry expertise to build a comprehensive
property ecosystem spanning property investment, real estate agency services, asset management, and end-to-end project management solutions.
1990
Completed the Group’s first residential project, Regency Park in Kwai Chung, New Territories, comprising six 17-storey residential blocks.
1989
Founded Hanison Construction Company Limited and commenced construction operations, launching with its initial project DB Plaza,
an eight-storey commercial and residential complex in Discovery Bay.
