Our sustainability is governed by a robust framework where the Board of Directors holds ultimate accountability for our ESG strategy.
This ensures our operations remain compliant with local regulations, including the HKEX ESG Reporting Code, and international standards
such as GRI and IFRS. This high-level oversight integrates sustainable practices into our core construction activities, supported by the
CSR and Sustainability Committee, a Board-delegated body established in 2013 that reports regularly to the Board.
Chaired by a director and convened by the Head of CSR and Communications, the Committee comprises subsidiary directors from key business
divisions and representatives from supporting departments. The Committee formulates the Group's ESG roadmap and strategy, oversees the execution
of annual action plans, reviews key performance indicators and initiatives, and monitors progress in achieving ESG-related targets. By evaluating
both short- and long-term risks, impacts and opportunities, the Committee ensures that ESG principles are embedded within our daily operations
and decision-making processes.
We foster a culture of integrity and transparency, empowering our project teams and supply chain to uphold the highest standards of safety
and environmental stewardship. Through stakeholder engagement, an annual materiality assessment, and rigorous ESG reporting, we maintain a
sustainability roadmap that is responsive to the evolving construction landscape, reinforcing our role as a responsible builder while aligning
with Hong Kong's Climate Action Plan 2050. We are committed to creating long-term value for our stakeholders and contributing to a vibrant,
zero-carbon, and liveable Hong Kong.
We connect management, functions, and business units through a robust sustainability governance structure to ensure effective practices and communication group-wide.
