DESCRIPTION
The project includes the construction of one 34-storey residential tower (117m) providing 872 flats, built upon a 3-storey podium. The project includes an estate management office, covered landscape/play areas, and ancillary facilities. Total site area is 5,710 square metres.
The project also includes implementation of precast elements for the domestic block, along with a community farm and plant nursery featuring precast components at the drainage reserve area.
The project has been awarded the Provisional Gold rating under the BEAM Plus New Buildings Version 1.2 by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
