The project includes the construction of one 31-storey residential tower (85m) providing 248 flats, built upon a 3-storey podium. Features include a G/F carpark, P1/F management office, and P2/F covered landscape/play area. Total site area is 1,240 square metres.

The project also includes extensive use of precast elements in the domestic block and the installation of a Zero Irrigation System (ZIS) within the subsoil drainage for landscaped areas.

The project has been awarded the Provisional Gold rating under the BEAM Plus New Buildings Version 1.2 by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
