Construction of a municipal services building, which the works included the construction of two indoor heated swimming pools (sizes: 25 x 25 metres, 25 x 10 metres) and ancillary facilities, a district library for adults and children, a music centre with a rehearsal hall, practice rooms, a management office, and other related facilities. After construction, the project site, covering the area of approximately 3,600 square metres, offered an internal floor area of around 16,930 square metres.

This project was awarded the BEAM for New Buildings (4/04 Version) Platinum Standard presented by the HKGBC.
