The project was a term contract for the maintenance, repairs, alteration and addition works, replacement, conversion, refurbishment, renovation, improvement, interior fitting-out, demolition and/or electrical and mechanical installation etc. to the properties, sites and slopes upon issue of vacant flat refurbishment works order or estate works order or district works order by the Hong Kong Housing Authority. We are one of the pioneers in improving the "Well-being" of public housing residents in Hong Kong.
