The contracts we fulfilled included the building works term maintenance contracts and the term tenancy works contracts for shopping centres, carparks, markets and cooked-food stalls, which the works included maintenance, repair, renovation, interior fitting-out, alteration and addition works and associated building services managed by the client. We also carried out comprehensive renovation, improvement and replacement works for toilets in 22 shopping centres.
