The project includes the construction of three student residential halls (one 15-storey and two 16-storey blocks). The project included an annex block for the existing sports hall and a lift shaft for barrier-free access.

The project also involved complex civil works: elevated bridge with bored piles, slope stabilisation, demolition with asbestos removal, and design/build of glass canopies and skylights.
