DESCRIPTION
It was a contemporary 32-storey English hotel at the breathtaking Victoria Waterfront. A short tram ride away from the Central financial centre and SoHo + NoHo gourmet hub. The project included renovation of guest rooms, such as ceiling, floor and wall finishes, loose furniture, replacement of door ironmongeries, unit signage, roller blind, lightings, as well as renovation of ground floor lobby, typical lift lobbies, lift car interiors and roof with greenery work. This project was ideal for business stay or travellers to explore the East and the West. Privacy guaranteed by exclusive lift lobby to each of the 52 panoramic guestrooms.
