The project includes the transformation of an existing industrial building into a commercial complex featuring a shopping arcade and restaurants on the G/F and 1/F.

The project also includes full replacement of lifts and refurbishment of the external wall with aluminium and stone cladding, plus the installation of glass canopies and shopfronts.
