DESCRIPTION
The project includes the construction of a 27-storey building featuring a 21-storey residential tower atop a 6-storey podium. It includes retail areas, a clubhouse, and an outdoor swimming pool.
Construction featured a specialised transfer plate on the seventh floor to support the residential tower above the podium.
The project has been awarded the Provisional Gold rating under the BEAM Plus New Buildings Version 1.2 by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
