DESCRIPTION
The project was to perform alteration and addition works and refurbishment works for a 15-storey existing composite building. The works includes demolition of existing fittings, external wall refurbishment with new tiles and new curtain wall, and window installation. Office interior fitting-out works included construction of internal partition walls, lavatories, flooring, ceiling and wall finishes and replacement of associated building services, lift car and floor lobbies renovation.
