The project includes the construction of 30 reinforced concrete blocks ranging from 2 to 26 storeys. Scope covered raft foundations, superstructure, and extensive site formation.
The project applied jump form systems for high-rise walls, lightweight Hardie wall systems for internal partitions, and recycled plastic (Polyboard) as a base for timber flooring.
