The project includes the construction of three 16-storey mid-rise residential towers on raft foundations, providing a total of 96 domestic flats (28 in Block 1; 68 in Blocks 2 & 3) with luxury finishes.
The project also utilised precast reinforced concrete façades finished with a combination of stone cladding, tiles, and spray paint.
