DESCRIPTION
The project includes the construction of four domestic blocks (31–45 storeys) providing 3,024 units. It includes a 2-storey shopping centre with a wet market, carparks, a 7-storey welfare block, and a kindergarten.
The project also involved complex civil works including a new roundabout, road widening, and A&A works to Shek Mun Estate Phase 1, such as the construction of a new Refuse Collection Point (RCP).
