The project includes the construction of a 22-storey luxury residential building comprising 18 residential floors atop a 3-storey carpark podium and a clubhouse floor.
The project also utilised precast façade and anodised aluminium cladding. The scope covered everything from pile cap and substructure to full interior fitting-out works.
The project has been awarded the Final Platinum rating under the BEAM Plus New Buildings Version 1.1 by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
