DESCRIPTION
The project includes the construction of a 27-storey student residence (92m high; 38,000 square metres GFA) including a 3-storey podium, landscaped deck, and warden's floors.
The project utilised Grade 80 high-strength concrete and implemented temporary traffic management for deep manhole construction outside the site boundary.
The project has been awarded the Platinum Standard rating under the BEAM Plus New Buildings (4/04 Version) by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
