DESCRIPTION
The project includes the construction of a municipal building (16,930 square metres floor area) featuring two indoor heated pools, a district library, and a music centre with a rehearsal hall.
The project also developed a 3,600 square metres site to house multi-functional public facilities and high-specification ancillary equipment for aquatic and musical use.
The project has been awarded the Platinum Standard rating under the BEAM Plus New Buildings (4/04 Version) by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
