DESCRIPTION
The project includes the construction of 4-storey residential blocks providing a total of 519 units. It includes an activity room, management office, and reinforced concrete foundations/corridors.
The project utilised Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) across four different unit types (Type 1 to Type 4) to ensure efficient assembly and high-quality finishes.
