DESCRIPTION
The project includes the construction of a 23-storey tower featuring a 4-storey podium. The facility comprises lecture theatres, a ground-floor carpark, and a sports hall located on the 20th floor.
The project also involved the specialised design and construction of the curtain wall, glass wall, and aluminium cladding systems.
