The project includes the construction of a 5-storey complex (22,370 square metres site) including a sports centre, community hall, football pitches, and a 1-storey basement carpark.
The project also utilised long-span steel trusses for the swimming pool and arena floors. It included the transplantation and protection of 423 trees and the installation of curtain walls and skylights.
The project has been awarded the Final Gold rating under the BEAM Plus New Buildings Version 1.2 by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
