The project includes the construction of a 25-storey building consisting of a 21-storey residential tower and a 4-storey commercial podium housing a clubhouse and plant rooms.

The project also includes the integration of high-standard commercial facilities and plant rooms within a dense urban residential structure.

The project has been awarded the Final Platinum rating under the BEAM Plus New Buildings Version 1.2 by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
