The project includes the construction of three domestic blocks (25, 29, and 33 storeys) providing 1,144 units. It includes a 3-storey carpark (one semi-sunken), a kindergarten, and ground-floor retail facilities.

Site located within drainage/waterworks reserves and railway protection zones. It applied BIM technology and performed slope upgrading and socket-H pile foundations.

The project has been awarded the Final Gold rating under the BEAM Plus New Buildings Version 1.2 by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
