The project includes the construction of a 47-storey high-rise composite building featuring 39 residential floors, a refuge floor, and dual-level rooftop plant rooms. The structure includes a 3-storey podium housing carparks, a 2-storey clubhouse, and retail areas, supported by a specialised curved transfer plate.

Construction utilised a reinforced concrete system formwork, with external walls finished using precast façades and lost formwork techniques.
