The project includes two 2-storey luxurious residential houses with a pitched roof above the carpark, comprising the precast construction. The landscaped area of the ground floor comprised a 7-metre-high fence wall installed with granite cladding, timber trellis, water feature installed with granite cladding, and an outdoor swimming pool.

Special arrangements for the delivery of precast components, such as modification to truck length, were implemented. Protection measures for the adjacent buildings were performed before concreting the fence wall.
