The project includes the construction of four 10-storey residential towers with a 2-level basement (30,583 square metres) and five 3-storey houses with a single-level basement (1,889 square metres). It includes full fitting-out and E&M services.

The project also utilised a combination of precast façades and curtain walls for the residential towers.

The project has been awarded the Final Gold rating under the BEAM Plus New Buildings Version 1.1 by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
