DESCRIPTION
The project includes the construction of two non-standard public rental housing blocks (35 and 41 storeys) on raft foundations near an MTR station. It includes recreational facilities at Sau Mau Ping Phase 12.

The project also includes extensive use of precast structural components, including precast façades, partition walls, beams, staircases, and half-landings.
