The project was to perform construction and interior fitting-out works for a 19-storey hotel block including a 1-storey basement loading and unloading area with carpark and utility rooms, a 3-storey podium with restaurant and function rooms, 15 storey floors of guest rooms, and an external landscape garden with mini chapel and swimming pool.
