The project includes the construction of a 31-storey building featuring a 4-storey carpark podium, an 11-storey hotel, a garden floor, and 15 storeys of serviced apartments.
The external façade was constructed using a specialised curtain wall and glass wall system. It included reinforced concrete services and full superstructure fitting-out.
