The project includes the construction of one medium-rise building, five 6-storey blocks, and four 5-storey blocks. It includes a long winding road connecting to Discovery Bay Road.

The project also executed extensive site formation and retaining wall works on a hill slope, using caisson piles for the medium-rise and raft foundations for low-rise blocks.
