DESCRIPTION
The project includes the construction of an 8-storey school building featuring a superstructure with curtain walls, an indoor swimming pool, and a massive 6,000 square metres steel roof structure.
The project also implemented an innovative ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene) roofing system covering 90% of the site. It also involved pre-bored H-piles and off-site prefabrication of the steel frame.
